Ruck It Up with HYP + Titan Forge

RuckItUp

Join Huntsville Young Professionals on Tuesday August 7th at 4:30 for a rucking good workout with TitanForge, Huntsville's new tactical fitness gym. Bring a backpack with some weight in it, join the crew, and move out. It'll be a mix of miles, smiles, and military-style conditioning.

Be sure to bring water and wear appropriate clothing (think of it as an urban hike). The weight in your backpack is your choice. Even carrying your water in your backpack counts!

RUCK•ING [VERB] - Carrying a weighted pack on your back. It implies action, energy, and purpose!

Rucking is a foundational piece of Special Operations training. Green Berets, SEALs, and other high-speed operators are well versed in shouldering heavy rucks through cities, mountains, jungles and deserts, in war and in peace - alone when they must, together whenever possible. Rucking requires strength, endurance, and character - and builds it, too.

Rucking is a perfect way to simultaneously build strength and aerobic capacity. The best part is, everyone can do it. Whether you’re just looking for a way to start getting in shape or want to add something new to your training program, give rucking a try. TitanForge will teach us everything we need to know about rucking and get us outside pounding pavement and exercising as a group, rain or shine.

Please register prior to the event.  Pick "pre-paid guest" to attend the event for FREE.  Registering will increase check-in time and helps with planning.
