Volunteer at the SARTEC Annual Dog Wash

Join Huntsville Young Professionals as a volunteer at the SARTEC Annual Dog Wash on June 11th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in 3-hour shifts. 

Volunteers will be "dog handlers" that walk with the dogs from station to station ensuring that dogs are not lost and returned safely (and cleanly) to their owners. Lunch is provided. 

Please wear clothes that you do not mind getting wet and dirty. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are a must. Sunblock and bug spray are a good ideas, too!

Search And Rescue TEChnicians (SARTEC) are an all-volunteer group of highly-trained rescuers with K-9 partners. Based in Madison County,Sartec K-9 Unit, Inc. and their K-9s support beyond the local area as needed. 

The SARTEC Annual Dog Wash raises funds to support the volunteer search and rescue unit throughout the year.

Bring your leashed four-legged friends for a spa treatment that includes a bath, pedicure, and minor grooming (if needed)! Just $25 for all.
