Come join Huntsville Young Professionals for some beach volleyball fun at the Brahan Spring volleyball courts from 3-5pm on Sunday July 16th. Not certain how to play? That's fine. Volleyball is just a more intense version of "don't let the balloon touch the floor".

This event is FREE to attend.

Be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen. All participants must be 18 or older and sign a waiver.

HYP will be hosting #SportsSundays throughout the summer to provide an opportunity for going professionals to meet new people and engage in some competitive fun.

HYP Does Rocket City Crossfit

Have you ever wondered what Crossfit is or what all the hype is about? If you answered yes you will soon find out. Rocket City Crossfit and Huntsville Young Professionals are teaming up for a free WOD (workout of the day) August 9th at 10:00am.

You will be working out with a certified CrossFit trainer who will assist you in everything Crossfit. Whether you workout daily or haven’t seen a gym in a few years, it doesn’t matter with CrossFit.

Each workout can be modified to suit your fitness level so there is no excuse. As Crossfitters would say “SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP!”

Please email Saymilon Griffin by 8/7/14 to reserve your spot and she will send you a waiver to bring to class.
