The Ellen McAnelly Memorial St. Patrick’s Day Parade is hosted by the Irish Society of North Alabama, established in June 2010, to promote Irish culture and heritage through education, language, and the arts.

Cathedral Caverns Tour

Join HYP for a guided tour of the majestic Cathedral Caverns!
This tour is about 1.5 miles round trip and takes about 90 minutes. The entire route is paved and easy to walk. Hiking shoes/boots are recommended due to slippery terrain.

The cost is $20 per person. Cash or card is accepted and the fee is paid at the cave entrance.

We will meet at At Home (1401 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35816) at 12:30PM to organize carpools - leaving at 12:45PM sharp. The ride there is about 40 minutes, but we must check in at 1:30PM.
The tour starts promptly at 2:00PM.

We will be helping with set up for The Riley Center's 14th Annual Light Up The Night Gala and Silent Auction at the UAH Student Services Building.

Task will include assisting with table setup, monitoring silent auction items, testing AV equipment, and helping to ensure that everything is running smoothly for the big event that night! Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for your volunteer session.

The Riley Center provides comprehensive services using an interdisciplinary team to fulfill the urgent need for earlier diagnosis and effective intervention for children through young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The staff implements the most effective evidence-based interventions and educational practices in a caring and supportive environment. They provide training for families, educators and other professionals to promote best practices and provide opportunities for all individuals with ASD.
